You may not need a separate DAC.

Already have a 3.5 mm socket?

Start with a 3.5 mm cable. Try that setup first before deciding whether you need a different source.

Only have USB-C or Lightning?

Confirm a compatible digital adapter or the right direct cable. Check playback and microphone support separately.

Need voice chat or calls?

Check the whole path: cable mic, adapter input and device support. An adapter can play music while blocking the inline mic.

Which quote actually costs less?

Enter two quotes for the same model and variant, all in CAD. Convert foreign amounts once using your payment provider’s rate. Enter tax as a dollar amount, not a percentage.
