All prices displayed on our storefront and during checkout are in **Canadian Dollars (CAD)**. We reserve the right to modify prices for any products at any time without notice.

3. Tax Exempt Status (CRA Small Supplier)

We currently operate under **Canadian Small-Supplier Status** in accordance with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). Consequently, we do not charge GST/HST at checkout. In the event that our sales volumes exceed the CRA threshold, we will update our checkout to display and charge any legally required taxes.

4. Order Accuracy & Billing Info

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders. If we detect errors or high fraud risk (such as mismatching addresses, proxy networks, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the transaction to the original payment method.

5. Delivery, Tracking & Customs

Products are shipped directly from brand manufacturing warehouses to keep costs low. You agree to the estimated shipping timelines described in our Shipping Policy. Any CBSA (Canada Border Services Agency) import delays are outside our control. If unexpected custom fees are assessed, please reach out to us at info@soundgainaudio.ca prior to payment.

6. Product Representation & Warranty

We try to display product variant images, colors, and technical specifications as accurately as possible. However, actual packaging or minor spec updates by factories may vary slightly. Warranty and defect replacement details are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any purchase agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **Province of Alberta** and the federal laws of **Canada** applicable therein.
