External Retailer Shipping Notice

SoundGain Audio is an independent buying guide and affiliate website. We do not sell products directly, process checkout payments, ship packages, or control delivery timelines. When you click a retailer link and purchase a product, your order is placed with that external retailer.

1. Retailer Shipping Terms Apply

Shipping cost, delivery speed, carrier choice, tracking, insurance, and delivery coverage are controlled by the retailer you choose, such as Amazon.ca, Linsoul, HiFiGo, or a brand store. Before paying, check the retailer's checkout page carefully.

2. Canadian Delivery Estimates

Any delivery times mentioned on SoundGain are general buying notes only. The retailer's own checkout page and order confirmation are the only binding shipping estimate for your purchase.

3. Import Taxes, Duties, and Handling Fees

Canadian buyers may be charged GST/HST/PST, QST, customs duty, brokerage, or carrier handling fees depending on the product, declared value, shipping method, and CBSA assessment. SoundGain does not collect these fees and cannot guarantee whether they will or will not be charged.

• Standard postal shipping: May have lower handling costs, but taxes can still be assessed.
• Private couriers: May be faster, but can include brokerage or handling fees.
• Amazon.ca orders: Canadian tax and delivery terms are usually shown during checkout.

4. Address Changes and Lost Packages

SoundGain cannot change delivery addresses, reroute packages, file shipping claims, or replace lost packages for purchases made with external retailers. Contact the retailer or carrier shown on your order confirmation.
