Thank you for choosing SoundGain Audio. We aim to source and deliver the highest performance budget audiophile gear directly to music lovers across Canada. Please read our shipping and delivery guidelines below.
1. Shipping Rates & Canadian Coverage
We provide tracked shipping to all provinces and territories in Canada. Shipping fees are calculated as follows:
- Orders $99.00 CAD and above (after discounts): Free Standard Shipping.
- Orders under $99.00 CAD: Flat Rate Shipping of $10.00 CAD.
2. Sourcing & Shipping Location
To bypass local retail markups and provide the best pricing, we partner directly with brand factories and official manufacturing warehouses in Asia. Orders are dispatched from overseas partner hubs and delivered direct-to-door in Canada via local shipping partners (including Canada Post and local couriers).
3. Delivery Timelines
Delivery time consists of processing and shipping transit time:
- Order Processing: 1 - 3 business days. We verify stock availability and inspect each batch prior to dispatch.
- Major Urban Areas (Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Calgary): 7 - 12 business days transit.
- Rural & Northern Communities: 10 - 16 business days transit.
Please note: timelines may experience minor delays during holiday peaks, heavy seasonal weather, or border processing delays.
4. Order Tracking
Every shipment is fully tracked. A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link (e.g., Canada Post, UBI, or similar local couriers) will be automatically sent to you as soon as the package is handed over to the courier (typically within 2 - 3 business days of placing your order).
5. Customs & Import Fees
Since we ship direct-to-door, standard individual packages are rarely subject to additional customs charges. However, if Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) assesses any unexpected import tax or handling fee, please contact us at info@soundgainaudio.ca before paying, so we can review the shipment record with you.
6. Shipping Address Verification
Please double-check your shipping address, province, and postal code carefully during checkout. Once a package is dispatched from the factory, we cannot modify the delivery route. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, reshipping costs may apply.
